Delivery and Pick-Up Guidelines

For Modular Cabins / Pods / Quiet Booths

Shipping Terms

To ensure efficient and secure delivery, we follow a "Port-to-Port" shipping model:

1.Delivery Terms: FOB / CIF (Port of Destination)

2.Final Delivery Point: Customer-designated port

3.Excludes: Customs clearance, inland transport, unloading, and installation services

Customer Responsibilities:

1.Port customs clearance & pickup

2.Booking transportation & crane services

3.Preparing unloading & installation site

What You Need to Prepare

1. Transport & Crane Coordination

1.1Arrange appropriate transport vehicles (e.g., flatbed truck or trailer)

1.2Book a crane suitable for the cabin size (recommended: 8-ton or above)

1.3Ensure staff is on-site to assist with loading

If your model is expandable, make sure lifting height and site space allow full deployment.

2. Site Requirement

2.1 Solid, level ground with unobstructed vehicle access

2.2Sufficient space for turning and lifting

2.3If direct installation is needed, complete foundations in advance (e.g., concrete pads or steel frame)

Not sure if your site is suitable? Contact us for structural layout drawings and weight info.

3. Documents & Coordination

3.1Bring necessary pick-up documents (bill of lading, tracking number, customs papers)

3.2Understand local customs procedures or appoint a third-party broker

3.3Contact your sales rep for shipping schedules, arrival time, or dimensional sheets

Notes and Reminders

1.Delay Risks: Failure to arrange timely pickup may incur port storage or demurrage fees

2.Force Majeure: Delivery timing may be affected by weather or port conditions

3.Packing Details: Units are shipped as integrated modules, protected by container film or timber framing (varies by model)
